Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada (Standard Shipping): 3–7 business days
  • USA: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need help, we’ll do our best to assist you.


Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
