Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 business days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 7 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Vancouver Thread is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
